How do I find the right size for my outdoor trousers?
We recommend using our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. Our trousers are designed with high-stretch fabrics for a flattering fit, but if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down for a more compressed feel or staying true to size for comfort.
Are ACAI products waterproof or water-resistant?
Many of our products, such as the Thermal Adventurer Trousers, feature a durable water repellent (DWR) finish that allows water to bead off. While highly water-resistant and windproof, they are designed for breathability during activity rather than being fully waterproof like a hard-shell rain pant.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please use our online returns portal to generate your shipping label.
How should I care for my outdoorwear to maintain its performance?
To preserve the technical properties of your gear, wash at 30°C with a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners as they can clog the breathable pores of the fabric and strip the DWR coating. Air drying is recommended.
